Braun Strowman is a professional wrestler born in America in 1983. His real name is Adam Scherr. He has joined WWE for SmackDown. He also acts in movies and a former strongman.

Braun Strowman Workout Routine and Diet Plan

He is very popular among fitness lovers, people try to follow his routine. Here we are going to tell you the exercise and diet routine of Braun Strawman.

Braun Strowman Workout Routine

Day 1

For day one, he does exercises for back and legs muscles.

Legs exercises: 

  • 100 Box Jumps – 4 sets of 25 reps per set. 
  • Stiff legged deadlifts – 4 sets
  • Pyramid smith machine lungs – 4 sets
  • Pyramid lying leg curls – 4 sets
  • Seated leg presses – 4 sets

For every above exercise, he does 40 reps in every set.

Back Exercises: 

  • Seated Pulley rows – 4 sets 
  • Pyramid lat pull down with narrow grip – 4 sets
  • Lat pulldowns – 4 sets 
  • Pyramid dumbbell rows – sets
  • Calf raises – sets

For every above exercise, he does 20 reps in every set.

Day 2 

Chest and shoulders:

He takes mix exercises for both muscle groups.

  • Pyramid dumbbells incline press – 2 sets
  • Dumbbells incline press – 4 sets
  • Heavy dumbbells shrugs – 4 sets
  • He does 12 reps in every set for every exercise.
  • Dumbbell front raises: 4 sets 
  • Pyramid seated overhead press: 4 sets
  • Dumbbell bench press – 2 sets
  • Pyramid dumbbells bench press – 4 sets
  • Chest flyes with dumbbells – sets

He does 12 reps in every set for every exercise. 

  • Cable flys – a superset of 4 sets
  • Bent over lateral raises – sets
  • Pyramid dumbbells side raises – 4 sets

He does around 12 reps in every set.

Day 3 

Arms and Abs

Arms 

  • Preacher curls on the machine – 4 sets 12 reps each
  • Barbell bicep curls – 4 sets 12 reps each
  • Lying triceps skull crusher – 4 sets 12 reps each
  • Triceps push-down – 4 sets 12 reps each
  • Pyramid narrow grip lat pulldowns – 4 sets 25 reps each 
  • Pyramid wide grip lat pull down – 4 sets 25 reps each
  • Seated pulley rows – 4 sets 12 reps each 
  • Dumbbell hammer curls – 4 set with 12 reps each.
  • Preacher curls on the machine – 12 reps 
  • Lying triceps skull crushers – 4 sets 12 reps each.
  • Narrow grip triceps push down – 4 sets with 12 reps each.

For Abs exercises, he adds different kinds of crunches –

  • Reverse crunches – 3-4 set with 25 reps in every set.
  • Double crunches – 3 set with 25 reps in each set
  • Bicycle Crunches – 3 sets with 25 reps in each set

From day four he reverses his exercise from day one. He starts day 4 again with back and legs and on day five he takes chest and shoulder and so on.

He does the same exercises but the sequences could be different. And also the day is not fixed for the same, exercise he keeps it flexible.

Braun Strowman Diet plan: 

Braun takes 15000 calories every day. But he doesn’t care what he eats. He eats much when he is hungry. 

” I’m like a cow, graze all day long” – he says.

Strowman likes chipotle, that he eats it every day.

Daily he eats: 

  • Two scoop chicken and three of steak
  • Grilled vegetable
  • Rice

And many things he doesn’t follow a diet plan bit to eat much and more.

“He eats like a monster so that he could manage always a monster in him”. – he says

It is his exercise that takes him in shape and fit.
